Shipping

Each of our beautiful outfits are custom made for you. We do ask that you please
allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you are in a rush for something and can not wait this
long, please email us at service@mudpuddlesandrainbows.com and we will try
to work with you to get your order out in time for your event. We also love custom
orders so if you have something in mind but are unable to find it on our site, please
let me know and I will work with you to make sure you get the perfect outfit
for your little one. We have tons of designs available that are not shown so don't
hesitate to ask. We use USPS Priority Mail to ship your packages. We may occasionally
use UPS if needed for a faster delivery time. We charge a flat fee of $6 per order
for shipping unless you are having something rushed and then we only charge
the exact cost of shipping. If you order several different items, they may be
shipped separately upon completion. You are not charged additional shipping for this.
Everything that we sell is custom made for you so we can not cancel an order once we have started making it. If you need something by a specific date, please let us
know this when you place the order so that we can make sure you
get it in plenty of time. Thanks so much for visiting us and if you have any

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, returns may be made on non-personalized items. Returns are not accepted on custom made or personalized items unless there is an error on our part. Please make sure you refer to the size charts and ask any questions before hand. We are certain that you will love your new outfit but if there is a problem, please let us know so that we can fix it. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase!
